What is the difference between flat bottom pouches and quad seal bags?
When filled, both have a box-like shape; but their construction is substantially different. The key difference is that the quad seal bag has two side gussets and relies on the goods to keep it upright. However, flat bottom bags have level bottom gussets that can hold firm when filled with product.
Can flat bottom bags be made as paper bags?
Design features usually depend on the items for packaging. We offer several customisation options for flat bottom bags like resealable zippers, degassing valves, easy-tear notches, and laser scoring. These are all available with our production of kraft paper flat bottom pouches.
