Are the spout pouches customizable?
Yes, spout pouches can be tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our customization options range from special features like special barrier laminations to special-shaped pouches.
What features are available for spout pouches?
We are proud to say that we offer flexible packaging solutions for our spout pouches. Spout cap options are available; one of which is the anti-choke cap, which is bigger in size than the standard-sized cap. This cap is best suited for packaging on-the-go baby food products.
How do you fill a spout pouch?
Spout pouches are best filled by machine. Depending on the positioning of the spout, they can also be filled by hand. A corner spout is recommended for thicker products so the product can be filled through the pouch rather than the spout itself.
What is pouch packaging?
It is packaging made of barrier film, foil, and spout and cap fittings for flowable liquid products. The flexible material of our spout pouches breaks down as they are used, resulting in minimal product waste.
